Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dentists, dental hygienists, and practicing students within these professions Age group 23-35 Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of upper limb fracture, deformities, or surgeries Any acute injury or pain that limits hand or wrist movement. Involvement in regular upper limb strengthening or fine-motor training programs.

Surface Electromyography (sEMG) Pinch Gauge Box and Block Test (BBT) Nine-Hole Peg Test (9HPT) Timepoint: All primary outcomes are assessed at baseline (pre-intervention) and after 4 weeks (post-intervention).
