Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 12 years Diagnosed with Nidranasha useing Sleep disturbance scale for Chilrdren (SDSC) Using gadgets and having screen time more than 2 hours per day for 3 or more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children having any known acute Neurological, psychiatric, or metabolic disorders. Currently on sleep medication. Sleep disturbance scale Chilrdren (SDSC) test score less than 39. Children experiencing from behavioral diseases, locomotor diseases, genetic diseases, and systemic disorders.
