Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Vishwachi such as Ruka (pain), Stambha (stiffness), Toda (pricking sensation), Karmakshaya (reduced functional ability), and Chestapaharana of Bahu (restriction of movements of the upper limb). 2) Patients diagnosed with Cervical Radiculopathy on the basis of clinical features, such as radiating pain from the shoulder joint to the arm, tingling sensations, and numbness. 3) Age Between 30 years to 70 years. 4) Patients fit for Nasyakarma, Nasya Arha according to ayurveda. 5) Patients willing to give informed consent and follow instructions. 6) Patient fulfilling the subjective and objective criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of fracture or dislocation in the cervical region or upper limb. 2) Patients of cervical radiculopathy associated with diabetes mellitus. 3) Post-operative cases of cervical radiculopathy. 4) Patients of cervical radiculopathy requiring surgical intervention. 5) Cases of traumatic cervical radiculopathy. 6) Patients with congenital deformities of the spine. 7) Pregnant and lactating women. 8) Patients unfit for Nasya Karma or considering Anarha according to ayurveda.
