Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women between 18 to 49 years of age Complaint of vaginal pruritus dysuria dyspareunia and thick curdy vaginal discharge Positive KOH mount Negative Whiff Vaginal pH less or equal 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unmarried pregnant and lactating women Systemic illness and Immunocompromised patients Menopausal women History of anti-fungal antibiotic or corticosteroid therapies within past 2 weeks Patients with diabetes mellitus History of malignancy Women with STDs genital prolapse Hypersensitivity or allergy to clotrimazole
