Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having any two or more of the following symptoms of Katigatavata (Chronic Low Back Pain) 1. Katishula (Lumbar pain) ( More than 2 Months) 2. Katigraha (Restriction of movement) 3. Sparshasahatva (Tenderness)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known case of Congenital structural deformities of spine. Vertebral compression fracture. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis. Aamvata and Vatarakta. Pregnant women

Improvement in sparshasahtva (tenderness) in katigatavata (Chronic Low Back Pain) after treatment Reduction in katishula (low back pain) in katigatvata (Chronic Low Back Pain) using VAS Scale after treatment. Reduction of katigraha (restriction in movement) in katigatvata (Chronic Low Back Pain) using Coin test after treatment. Timepoint: 7 days
