Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age limit from 18 to 70 years of either gender Patients showing classical sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi as Stambha(Stiffness),Ruka(Pain),Graha(Restricted movements). Patients showing SLR Test positive from 30-70 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe morbidities of Spine and Bones like Tumor, Tuberculosis, Infection. Cardiac diseases, Pulmonary TB. Pregnancy. Patients who are steroid dependent for symptomatic relief. Surgical Indication.

Reduction in symptoms according to gradation such as- Ruka (Pain) Stambha (Stiffness) Toda (Pricking sensation) Spandana (Twitching) Graha (Restricted Movement) Tandra (Drowsiness) Gaurav (Heaviness) Aruchi (Anorexia) Improvement in the angle of SLR Test according to gradation. Improvement in pain using Numeric Rating Scale before and after treatment.Timepoint: 14 days with 2 follow ups (7th and 14th day)
