Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 10 to 15 years Daily screen time more than 2 hours Symptoms of Difficulty in sleep onset Poor sleep quality Behavioural issues (e.g., inattention, irritability, mood swings, aggression) No chronic illness or psychiatric history/disorders Participants are included according to (SMD)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with diagnosed psychiatric or neurological disorders Use of sedatives or behavioural medications Severe cognitive impairments Any other chronic illness interfering with study participation
