Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigatavata (Knee-osteoarthritis) 1.Janusandhishula (Knee joint pain) 2.Janusandhishotha (Swelling of knee joint) 3. Akunchana prasaran kashtata (Restricted joint movement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of :- 1. Aamvata ( Rheumatoid Arthritis ) 2. Vatrakta ( Gout ) 3. Complete loss of knee articular and ligament tear 4. Knee dislocation

To assess and compare the reduction in pain intensity using Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) in Janusandhigat vata patients treated with Shushkamoolakadya taila abhyanga and IFT therapy.Timepoint: 14 days
