Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students aged between 18 to 25 years Willing to participate and provide written informed consent Apparently healthy individuals Not currently on medication that affects bone metabolism
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students with known metabolic bone disorders such as osteoporosis or rickets History of chronic systemic diseases such as thyroid disorders, liver disease, or renal disease Individuals on calcium, vitamin D supplements, corticosteroids, or other drugs affecting bone metabolism Students with abnormal liver function test results (to eliminate hepatic origin of elevated ALP levels)
