Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 18 and 50 years, presenting with maxillary first molars indicated for root canal therapy. 2.Teeth with intact pulp chambers. 3.No history of previous endodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth exhibiting severe canal calcification, root resorption, or developmental anomalies will be excluded. 2.Patients who are pregnant, lactating or have known allergies to fluorescein dye will not be considered eligible for participation.
