Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who give consent to participate in study 2. Diagnosed case of Venous Ulcer in lower limb. 3. The study will be carried out 19 to 60 years of age group. 4. Size of Venous Ulcer will be 1x1cm to 5x5 cm (length x breadth). 5. Irrespective of gender, religion, occupation etc. 6. Patients having symptoms of Dushta Vrana (venous ulcer) like Vedana (Pain), Shopha (Inflammation), Kandu (Itching), Srava (Discharge).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group below 19 and above 60 2. Patients who do not gives consent to participate in study 3. Patients with disorders like Leprosy, Tuberculosis, Malignancy, H.I.V and HBsAg Positive. 4. Patient with Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus. 5. Patient with Burn wounds, Chronic infected wounds, Arterial Occlusion Diseases, Embolism and Bleeding Disorder. 6. Patient with D.V.T and Venous Pump Failure Disease.

MeasureTime frame
Murivenna Taila Vrana Basti is the new substitute for Dushta vrana (Venous leg ulcer). It does the action of Shodana as well as Ropana. The Procedure will be done on OPD level, relatively easy, painless, can do without anesthesia. Vrana Basti will remove only unhealthy granulation tissue, so ulcer size will not increase.Timepoint: 21 days

1. Pain: (visual analogue scale) 1. Size of ulcer: Reduction of size in venous ulcer on the basis of length and width in cm2.Timepoint: 21 days
