Intervention1: Gruop A : Big Breath Respiratory Muscle Trainer: Patients will receive Big Breath Respiratory Muscle Trainer therapy twice daily for 10 min followed by conventional chest physiotherapy

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30 to 60 years of both gender. Hemodynamically stable patients. Able to follow verbal commands and perform breathing exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with re-exploration for bleeding,arrhythmia,or hemodynamic instability. history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Patients not willing to participate in the study
