Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Para or able-bodied athletes in precision shooting 18-65 years 2. WSPS classification SH1 or SH2 (for Para group). 3. Minimum 2 years competitive experience and regular training. 4. Normal baseline ranges on Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS). 5. Ability to follow test instructions in English or local language.
