Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants who are involved atleast two hours of training per week, gender only male participants, age group of 15 to 25 years were included, willingness to participate in the study with signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe lower limb injuries, who do not engage in football, neurological disorders, any meniscal or ligament reconstruction, participants with recent fractures or dislocations
