Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals between 30-50 years of age diagnosed with controlled hypertension and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute or chronic infections 2. Uncontrolled hypertension 3. Cognitive deficits 4. Hearing defects 5. Undergoing any cardiac or respiratory rehabilitation program Individuals enrolled in breathing exercise or meditation program.
