Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational racket sports players with minimum six months of playing experience. Participants with pain over lateral aspect of elbow for four to six weeks. Positive Cozens test. Numerical Pain Rating Scale score between four and seven. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma, fracture or dislocation around the elbow. Previous surgery around the elbow. Neurological impairment. Any systemic illness such as metabolic, infective or metastatic disorders. Participants currently undergoing physiotherapy for elbow pain.
