Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Competitive Ultimate Frisbee athletes aged 16 to 24 Regular menstrual cycle (24-35 days)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Athletes on hormonal contraceptives Recent or currently existing injuries are preventing high-intensity training Diagnosed with a psychological condition- anxiety, depression
