Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with classical signs and symptoms of janugatvat 1. janusandhi shula 2. janusandhi shotha 3. janusandhi graha 4. vatapurna drutisparsh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major systemic disorders - cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, and kidney failure. 2. patients with known cases of Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Gouty arthritis, SLE, and other serious systemic disorders of the knee joint. 3. Fracture of the knee joint. 4. Direct and indirect infection of the knee joint. 5. History of any surgical procedure of the knee joint. 6. Any anatomical deformity - Genu valgum, Genu varum 7. Patients having Pitt prakriti. 8. Suspected and known cases of Raktpitt, Amlapitt, Kamala, Visarp, Kushtha, and Raktpradoshaj vyadhi.
