Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged between 25-45 years. 2.Patients with good systemic health 3.Patient having good oral hygiene and good compliance to the treatment. 4.Patient having history of extraction of maxillary teeth at least 6 months back. 5.Patient having grade 3 mobility or grossly decayed tooth or root stump in maxillary anterior region. 6.Bone density ranging between 400HU to 1000HU at the planned implant site preparation will be included in the study. 7.Alveolar ridge width ranging between 7-9mm and requiring 3.75mm width and 13mm long implant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of sign of acute infection around alveolar bone at the surgical site 2.Bruxism or other parafunctional habits 3.Compromised soft tissue conditions at the surgical sites. 4.Poor patient compliance 5.Patient undergoing radiation therapy, chemo therapy, immunocompromised patient.
