Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Single-rooted teeth with single canal indicated for single visit endodontic therapy 2) No acute infection or swelling 3) Willing to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previously treated teeth 2) Teeth with calcification, internal/external resorption, curved canals, fracture 3) Immature teeth with open apex 4) Pregnant or lactating women 5) Medically compromised patients
