Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria. 2. Subjects of either sex irrespective to religion, socio-economic status, occupation and aged between 30-60years. 3. Subjects should not be on any other medicine for Manyastambha. 4. Patient not on regular medication like Analgesic and Anti-psychotic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject with Congenital Deformity, Traumatic injuries, Cervical stenosis, Myelopathy, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Infections of bones and gross bony deformities. 2. Subject with other systemic disorder that interfere in the line of treatment. 3. Pregnancy and lactating mother.
