Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with 2 or more symptoms of allergic rhinitis,such as nasal congestion,anterior or posterior nasal dripping,sneezing ,nasal itching and nasal obstruction for more than 2 week or recurrent 3 to 6 episodes in a year and increased serum IgE, aged 6-12 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with pulmonary fibrosis,cancer,emphysema,acute allergic rhinitis,TB.Patients on prolonged medications with corticosteroids,bronchodilators,mast cell stabilizers
