Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 18 65 years 2. Diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder according to ICD-10 or DSM-5 criteria 3. Able to read and understand the study information sheet and provide informed consent 4. Willing and able to provide written informed consent 5. Clinically stable enough to participate in interview-based assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric comorbidities (e.g., psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use disorder) requiring intensive psychiatric treatment 2. Significant risk of suicide or active suicidal ideation requiring immediate intervention 3. Current participation in another interventional clinical trial 4. Inability to communicate effectively due to severe cognitive impairment or language barriers
