Intervention1: GroupA-ultrasound+PRT+strengthening exercises. : GROUP A: Ultrasound Therapy- applied to the plantar fascia (medial calcaneal region) at an intensity of 1.5 W/cm in continuous mode. 5

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female tailors (sewing machine operators) aged 40-55years. 2) Regular occupational use of foot-operated sewing machine pedal for 4-6 hours per day. 3)Diagnosed of plantar fasciitis with: Windlass test should be positive WBLT should be positive Plantar heel pain localized to the medial calcaneal region Pain worse on 1st step in morning or after prolonged sitting Tenderness at plantar fascia insertion (medial calcaneal tubercle) 4) Symptoms lasting since 3 months or more 5) Able and willing to attend scheduled treatment sessions(4 sessions/week) and follow up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any foot or ankle surgery or fracture in affected limb. 2) Systemic inflammatory or autoimmune disease (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis) 3) Any peripheral neuropathy (e.g., diabetic neuropathy), peripheral vascular disease (DVT) 4) Current use of anticoagulant therapy (e.g., warfarin) or bleeding disorders (due to increased risk of hematoma with flossing). 5) Any skin lesions, corticosteroid injections into plantar fascia or heel within past 3 months. 6) Any foot deformity (e.g.-Pes Cavus,hallux valgus and rigidus, claw toe, hammer toe)
