Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years Diagnosed with acute fissure in ano Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic fissure in ano Fissure with associated hemorrhoids abscess or fistula Inflammatory bowel disease Crohns disease CA TB Diabetes RBS greater than 200 MG per DL Structural anamolies of Ano Rectal Hiv Pregnant women Patients on concurrent allopathic treatment for fissure
