Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 and 65 years old Experiences pain when the plantar fascia is palpated. Experiences pain on the first step when they wake up in the morning or after a prolonged period of rest. Pain reduced immediately after the first few steps but aggravated with additional physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of steroid injections Has a history of rheumatological illness, coagulopathy, thrombophilia, neoplasia, and systemic inflammatory disorders etc. Has a history of foot or lumbar surgery and exhibits signs of lumbar radiculopathy. Skin allergy or any other dermatology related issues.
