Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include male participants aged between 25 and 45 years who are currently employed in the Information Technology sector Eligible participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD as outlined in the ICD10 and or DSM 5 Additionally they should score less than 15 on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 item GAD7 scale indicating mild to moderate symptom severity Participants must also be able to understand and respond in the languages used for case taking which include Telugu English or Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other psychiatric conditions like MDD bipolar disorders psychosis schizophrenia Patients with Known Addictions and Those who are under psychiatric medications and psychotherapy
