Intervention1: near infrared therapy with epsom salt compress: near Infrared therapy for 10 min followed by epsom salt compress will be given to muscle sore spot especially on thigh or calf muscles am

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Athletes includes runners and jumpers. 2) Pain in calf and hamstring muscles after exercise. 3) Pain which develops 24 hours of post workout. 4) NRS score more than 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age more than 30 years 2) Pre diagnosed pathological conditions and H/O skin allergy or active infection. NRS score less than 2. 3) Skin allergies induced during treatments will be excluded. 4) Use of any medications or other complimentary therapies.
