Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those are having grade 1 hypertension according to ECH 2018 guideline and moderate stress on PSS questionnaire. Those are willing and susceptible to hypnotherapy. Those are on diuretics, ACE inhibitors, ARB and calcium channel blockers as antihypertensives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with psychiatric comorbidities or medication. Those with systemic illness like CAD,CLD , renal dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. Secondary hypertension. Those on any other stress management. Pregnant or lactating women.
