Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Self reported low back pain more than3 months Parous women (Normal vaginal or caesarean delivery) with history of childbirth 12months Pelvic malalignment anterior pelvic tilt more than 12 degrees or posterior Pelvic tilt less than 5 degrees pain score more than 3 on Visual Analog Scale (VAS) Willingness to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of pelvic fractures, major spinal or pelvic surgery Neurological disorders affecting posture. Pregnancy. Systemic illness (RA,osteoporosis) Contraindications for EMG (skin infection at electrode site) No vaginal bleeding during evaluation.
