Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery under spinal anaesthesia 2. age 18-65 years 3. all genders 4. American Society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of spinal anaesthesia 2. History of drug allergy 3. Coagulopathy 4. Local site infection 5. Spine deformities 6. Severely altered mental status 7. Increased intra cranial pressure 8. Pregnant and lactating females

To compare the haemodynamic changes in both the group . systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rateTimepoint: The effect will be assessed for 2.5 hours post procedure.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of analgesia in both the group .Timepoint: The effect will be assessed for 4 hours post operative.
