Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:20 65years. 2. Sex:Both male and female. 3. Socio Economic status: All 4. Patients of Gout presenting features as per text such as swelling, pain, stiffness, tenderness, Discolouration of skin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 and above 65 years. Arthropathy other than Gout.Leprosy,SLE,Sarvang shoth,TB,Renal disease. Pregnancy and lactating mother.
