Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 40 years Persistent shoulder pain localized in deltoid region Difficulty in lifting, reaching, or external rotation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non shoulder related pain -symptoms originating from cervical spine, thoracic outlet syndrome or systematic conditions Severe structural damage like dislocation, advanced osteoarthritis or neoplasm Recent shoulder surgery Current or past carcinoma Corticosteroid injection within the last 6 weeks
