Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female Individuals aged 18- 25 years. Willing to participate and provide informed consent. No history of major lower limb trauma, surgery, or neurological disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of lower limb fractures, major trauma, or surgery. Presence of neurological disorders affecting gait. Individuals currently undergoing physiotherapy or treatment for foot/ankle conditions.
