Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lakshanas of Prameha 2. Age group between 40-60 years of either gender 3. Non- insulin dependent 4. FBS level (126 greater than or equal 180 mg/dl) 5. PPBS level (250 greater than or equal 350mg/dl) 6. HBA1C (6.5 greater than or equal 9) 7. Written consent showing willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mother. FBS greater than 180 mg/dl PPBS greater than 350mg/dl HBA1C greater than 9 Subjects having severe systemic diseases like cardiac disease, renal function impairment. Subjects having complications of Diabetes like Ketoacidosis, Nephropathy, Neuropathy, Retinopathy and Diabetic wound. Known subject of any malignancy. Insulin dependent diabetic patient.
