Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants receiving 80mL of medicated Ghrita as Matra basti for 5 days 2 Participants who are willing to cooperate in undergoing koshta assessment 3 Participants willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants with Uncontrolled Diabetes, defined as Fasting Blood Sugar more than 180mg/dL or Postprandial Blood Sugar more than 250mg/dL or HbA1c more than 9% or patients on insulin therapy 2 Participants with clinically diagnosed IBS 3 Participants with clinically diagnosed stroke (CVA) 4 Participants contraindicated for matra basti 5 Those on concurrent Niruha Basti 6 Pregnant and lactating women
