Intervention1: Tablet Diethylcarbamazine for OSMF: The study group will receive tablet Diethylcarbamazine 50 mg twice daily for 2 weeks
Control Intervention1: intralesional injection of 0.5 ml of lign

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically proven OSMF patients stage 2, stage 3, M2, M3 according to Chandramani more et al 2.Individuals within the age group of 20-60 years. 3.Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Oral submucous fibrosis patients classified as stage 1, stage 4, and M1, M4 according to Chandramani more et will be excluded. 2.Not willing to participate in study. 3.Previously treated cases of Oral Submucous fibrosis 4.Lactating or pregnant women Allergic patients, immunocompromised patients, systemic illness.
