Intervention1: Trapezius plane block: Transducer will be placed in Sagittal plane for lateral scanning at the level of the T4 spinous process, The erector spinae, rhomboid major, and trapezius muscles

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the presence of at least one painful trigger point in the trapezius muscle Participant should have a baseline pain intensity score of 4 or more on NRS scale Duration of pain should be more than 3months
