Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient ready to give informed consent Adults 18 to 60 years suffering with mild to moderate anxiety and or depression diagnosed with GAD 7 PHQ 9 and PSS 10 scales will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other psychiatric illness such as schizophrenia bipolar disorder Pregnant And Lactating mothers. Diabetes Mellitus TYPE 2 Patients Substance abuse history like Tobacco Alcohol etc. Patient on Anti anxiety or anti depression medication or other psychotropic medication and or on psychotherapy will be excluded.

It is expected that at the end of study Combination of Rajyoga meditation and Shatavari rasayana asparagus racemosus will be effective in reducing anxiety and depression levels and aids in management of anxiety and depression.Timepoint: 45 days
