Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients weighing between 50 to 80 kgs. Patients with height more than 150 cms. American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1 & 2. Patients scheduled for elective lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to subarachnoid block ( coagulopathy, infection at the lumbar puncture site, severe spinal deformity, increased intracranial tension etc.) Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics

Patients in a 10 degree Reverse Trendelenberg position after spinal anaesthesia can control height of sensory block, stable hemodynamics, increases the duration of sensory block and analgesiaTimepoint: Baseline: Before administration of subarachnoid block Immediate Post-Spinal: At 5 minutes after subarachnoid block Early Intraoperative Period: At 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes after subarachnoid block later followed by 45 minutes, 60 miutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, 105 minutes, 120 minutes, 135 minutes, 150 minutes, 165 minutes, 180 minutes
