Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults aged 25 to 65 years 2 Presence of palpable myofascial trigger points in cervical or shoulder girdle muscles 3 Chronic non-specific neck pain lasting greater or equal to 12 weeks 4 NPRS pain greater than or equal to 3/10 5 NDI score greater than or equal to 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of neck trauma, surgery, or fractures 2 Neurological deficits or radiculopathy 3 Fibromyalgia or widespread pain syndromes 4 Systemic inflammatory or rheumatic diseases
