Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years. People who can understand and read English. Ability to answer the questionnaires. Willingness to participate and provide an Informed Consent Document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Body Mass Index is not less than 18.5 kg / m.2 Participants who are currently undergoing any treatment for diseases or facing any psychiatric disorders. Participants who are under chronic medications. Participants consuming the drugs that are known to cause weight gain Participants who are under stress management treatment. Inability to complete questionnaires and informed consent documents.
