Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45 59 years (middle aged adults) Able of understanding and following simple instructions. Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis). Those with severe musculoskeletal impairments (recent fractures, severe osteoarthritis). Elderly with cognitive impairments or diagnosed dementia. Those with acute illness or unstable medical conditions. Bedridden older adults Visually challenged people
