Inclusion criteria: All socio economic status Subject agree to give written consent for participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mother Indwelling catheter Pyelonephritis Immunocompromised sexually transmitted disease Patient undergoing invasive urological procedure Renal transplant recipient Renal calculi Other co-morbidities.
