Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical sign and symptoms of gridhrasi in nirama avastha . Patients between the age group of 18 to 70 years. Patients of either gender irrespective to caste and religion. Patients willing for Basti chikitsa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient age below 18 years and above 70 years should not be taken. Patients with systemic disorders like hypertension,carcinoma,slipdisc,lumbarspondolysis ,infectious diseases and other life threatening disorders. Patient contraindicated for niruha basti karma. Recent spinal surgery or fractures.
