Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients who have undergone unilateral Total Hip Replacement. 2)Clearance for post-operative telerehabilitation in medically stable patients is taken from the surgeon. 3)Cognitively intact and able to follow instructions with caregiver support if needed. 4)Patients who live within I hour of driving distance from the hospital and Willingness to participate in 12-week rehabilitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Revision THR or bilateral THR cases and patients with Post-surgical complications (infection, dislocation, etc.) 2)Severe comorbidities(uncontrolled HTIN, DM, COPD etc.) 3)Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting gait or mobility. 4)Cognitive impairment, psychiatric or behavioral issues. 5)Hearing impairment or visual impairments limiting participation.
