Inclusion criteria: 1Diagnosis of Hypertension 2Stable Antihypertensive Medication Regimen 3Adequate Hearing

1 Changes in Blood Pressure (BP) Measured in the supine position both before and immediately after the audio intervention using a Mercury Sphygmomanometer. 2 Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Time Domain Changes in parameters such as SDNN (Standard Deviation of NN intervals) and RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences). 3Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Frequency Domain Changes in the LF HF ratio (Low Frequency High Frequency ratio), which provides a view of autonomic balanceTimepoint: Baseline: 5 minutes pre-exposure. During Intervention: A stable 5-minute segment (minutes 5 through 9) of the 10-minute audio session. Post-Intervention: Immediately following the 10-minute exposure.
