Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All Patients in age of 6 to 75 years presenting to psychiatric opd. 2. Patient giving written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects not giving written informed consent. 2. Patients who are acutely medical and surgically ill or not able to cooperate with the study.
