Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No prior diagnosis of Hypertension 2.Individuals with one or more suggestive symptoms of Hypertension 3.Those who provide the written Informed Consent to Participate 4.Those who are willing to participate in follow up for lifestyle counselling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed Hypertension or on Anti hypertensive Medications 2.Pregnant or Lactating Women 3.People with known Endocrine or Metabolic Disorders 4.Those who decline Consent or Are unable to communicate effectively
