Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the classical symptoms of Gridhrasi. Stambha stiffness Ruk pain Tod pricking sensation Muhurspandan twitching Shaktikshepa nigraha unable to lift the leg Subjects willing to take part in the project. Subjects having SLR Test positive at 45 degree or less than it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are contraindicated for basti in brihatrayi. Patients who are on oral corticosteroid steroid containing local applications analgesics or self medication will not be allowed to participate. Patients with fracture of vertebrae dislocation of vertebrae. Deformities and congential defects. Known case of Tuberculosis of spine Neoplasm of spine Chronic osteoporotic degeneration Pregnancy and lactating women. Known case of Acute trauma
